Supply Chain Manager

Role purpose

This position is focused on steering major supply chain transformation and network improvement initiatives. The goal is to strengthen cost efficiency, elevate service performance, and build a supply chain network that can scale effectively as business needs grow.

Core responsibilities

• Drive high-impact projects related to supply chain strategy and network redesign.
• Build and assess scenarios for network and inventory optimization using analytical methods and tools.
• Prepare and present business-case analysis to support fact-based decisions.
• Work closely with stakeholders across functions to implement recommended solutions.

Internal and external interfaces

• Internal interaction includes global supply chain planning and logistics teams.
• External coordination includes teams from Finance, Strategy, Manufacturing, and Plant Technology.

Skills and knowledge required

The role calls for solid experience in analytics-led supply chain work, especially in optimization environments. Candidates should be comfortable working with Coupa Network Optimization and Inventory Optimization, and should also be familiar with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools. Strong problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Experience and qualifications

The expected background is 4–6 years in data analytics and network optimization.

Decision scope

This role can independently choose the analytical approach and modeling method to use. It also contributes recommendations for leadership review and approval.

Key challenge

A major challenge in this job is handling complex datasets while balancing cost-versus-service trade-offs and securing alignment across different functions.
