Position Overview

Rudransh Export is looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Director to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from a remote base in the United States. The role is centered on shaping supply chain direction, managing suppliers, improving logistics flow, controlling costs, and refining internal processes to support long-term growth and operational stability.

Applicants with backgrounds in manufacturing, international trade, industrial manufacturing, or closely related fields will be especially valued.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the supply chain function’s day-to-day operations and long-range planning.
Identify, assess, and develop supplier relationships to maintain a reliable supply base.
Handle contract discussions and sustain productive partnerships with vendors.
Keep supply chain expenses under control while raising overall efficiency.
Build supply plans aligned to business requirements and ensure smooth execution.
Track market movements and update supply chain approaches when conditions change.
Work closely with production, operations, quality, and other teams to keep workflows aligned.
Design, strengthen, and standardize supply chain processes and governance systems.
Manage, mentor, and grow the supply chain team.
Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 10 years of experience in supply chain or procurement-focused roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams.
Solid understanding of supply chain operations, supplier management, and contract handling.
Strong verbal and written communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Good analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
Proven ability to independently drive projects and meet targets.
Comfort using Microsoft Office and ERP platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in international sourcing or managing suppliers across global markets.
Experience leading supply chain optimization or cost-reduction initiatives.
Familiarity with ERP software and supply chain management tools.
Strong commercial negotiation and contract administration skills.
Experience collaborating across functions and managing projects.
Ability to stay effective in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in team development, talent growth, and performance management.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote position based in the United States.
