Job Description

This is a six-month contractual role with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance. The main responsibility is to engage with already registered Shiksha users (students and parents) to understand their overseas education needs, including course choices, countries, duration, fees, and other criteria.

Candidates will work on converting online leads from the study abroad section into confirmed admissions through virtual communication channels such as calls, Skype, and WhatsApp.

Maintaining strong relationships with students, institutions, universities, and university representatives is essential. The role requires expertise in shortlisting partner universities tailored to student profiles and overseeing documentation and visa processing guidance.

Regular reporting of progress on student conversions and target achievements will be expected.

Eligibility and Terms

• Any graduate with an MBA and 0.5 to 2 years of experience in any field
• Role duration: 6 months contract initially, with possible conversion to permanent based on performance
