Role Overview

As a Studio Associate located in Indore, you will be the key organizational presence ensuring the studio's creative energy flows efficiently and with clarity. This full-time, in-person position requires managing client interactions, coordinating meetings, and prompt follow-ups. You'll support production coordination by monitoring project schedules, organizing deliverables, and synchronizing both internal teams and external collaborators.

Your daily activities will include aiding content planning, contributing to strategy discussions related to content, documenting important decisions, and sustaining composure in busy moments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, demonstrating high organization and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Excellent client interaction skills, including clear communication and relationship management.
• Competence in managing meetings, capturing detailed notes, and ensuring accurate documentation and completion of action items.
• Experience or skills in production coordination or project management, including organizing timelines and resources.
• Interest or familiarity with content strategy, brand storytelling, and creative studio workflows.
• Ability to maintain calm under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and juggle multiple projects with rigorous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficient with common productivity and collaboration software.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional languages are advantageous.
• Educational background or relevant experience in communications, marketing, design, media, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in Indore and collaborating closely across creative and strategy functions.
