Role Overview

This position focuses on providing personalized counseling to a select group of approximately 25 to 30 students. The role centers on deeply engaging with each student through Zenith's structured framework, ensuring tailored support from the initial orientation through to their final transition into university.

Key Responsibilities

• In the Orientation phase, establish a thorough understanding of each student’s personality, career interests, and suitable academic programs before identifying specific universities.
• During the Application phase, collaborate closely with students to create compelling application packages, including strategy development, essay composition, and submission assistance.
• In the Execution phase, support students in navigating university offers, making final decisions, and facilitating their transition to university life.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability for a personal caseload of students, ensuring consistent high standards throughout the process.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of two years’ experience advising students on international university applications.
• Proven success as a school counselor, seeking expanded responsibilities and growth opportunities.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to serving every student and family with integrity.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a robust interest in emerging careers, industries, and skills relevant over the next decade.
• Familiarity and comfort with technology and AI-enhanced tools preferred, reflecting the company’s tech-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills marked by warmth, clarity, and an ability to rapidly build trust with students and parents.
• Additional fluency in Arabic, Spanish, French, Hindi, or Mandarin is considered advantageous.

This is a full-time remote role offering the flexibility to interact with students globally, leveraging technological tools to support counseling activities.
