Role overview

This opportunity is for a Strategy Value Partner focused on Hematology. The role centers on shaping and adapting product strategy and tactics in line with international guidance to support the launch and growth of key products in the hematology disease area.

You will keep a broad, forward-looking view across initiatives, cultivate strong relationships with top therapeutic area experts, and gather meaningful insights. By backing Patient Journey Partners and strengthening their efforts, you will help drive patient journey success through local marketing and access planning, as well as by ensuring the team has the right knowledge and tools.

Main responsibilities

  • Create tailored strategic plans for assigned therapeutic areas.
  • Build and nurture external partnerships that support the patient journey.
  • Drive internal coordination and secure the resources needed around patient journey priorities.
  • Improve customer uptake of Roche products within the assigned therapy area.
  • Work closely with Patient Journey Partners, Healthcare System Partners, and Enablers to help ensure timely and equitable access to Roche innovations.
  • Own the key deliverables and business outcomes for the therapeutic area.
  • Use the Pharma International Network and digital tools to run effective customer engagement activities and patient journey interventions.
  • With PJPs and HSPs, design and execute initiatives that help secure the best possible reimbursement and maximize the value of current and future products.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is comfortable working in cross-functional, agile environments. They should be able to combine scientific understanding with commercial execution, think beyond conventional approaches, and act with ownership and initiative.
