Job Summary
Join Victoria’s Secret in Dublin as a Store Manager, where you will be accountable for the overall success of your store by motivating your team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales targets.
Working Hours
The position requires 38.75 hours per week with shifts from Monday to Saturday, including: Monday and Tuesday 09:30-18:00, Thursday 11:15-19:45, Friday and Saturday 09:30-18:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team through training, coaching, and development initiatives to achieve their full potential.
- Model company values by fostering an inclusive, positive, and celebratory work environment that enhances team motivation.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, personalizing interactions and ensuring your team delivers outstanding experiences.
- Manage store operations with a focus on profitability, overseeing P&L, hiring, staff scheduling, payroll, stock management, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines, collaborating with the Visual Team for execution and team readiness.
- Encourage open communication within the team, gathering ideas to improve business practices and store performance.
- Maintain store compliance, safety, and efficiency through regular audits, product launches, floor layouts, stocktakes, and health and safety adherence.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated store management experience in fast-paced environments with a proven record of surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong ability to implement company strategies within the store setting to drive measurable results and performance improvements.
- Passion for retail, enjoying all aspects of the customer journey and back-end operations to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Purpose-driven leadership with a focus on team engagement and development, cultivating enthusiasm for the brand.
- Strong relationship-building skills, aiming to develop valuable connections with customers, team members, and business partners.
- Adaptable and resilient mindset that thrives on change, multitasking, problem-solving, and collaboration.
