Overview

Key Duties
- Oversee daily operations to maintain top-tier customer service and operational effectiveness.
- Lead efforts to meet sales goals and optimize profitability.
- Evaluate sales data, monitor top-selling merchandise, and identify restocking necessities.
- Manage inventory workflows, including stock movements, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
- Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Develop staff schedules aligned with business demands and customer flow.
- Control operational expenditures and administer budgets efficiently.
- Generate analytical reports covering sales, inventory, key performance indicators, and team efficiency.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve peak performance.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent academic qualification is required.
- Possess 4 to 6 years of retail work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in managerial or supervisory roles.
- Demonstrated history in leading retail teams and enhancing business results.
- Comprehensive knowledge in stock control, merchandising strategies, sales analysis, and store operations.
- Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
