Role Overview
As a Store Manager at Xiaomi Technology in Singapore, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations to achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business activities and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Supervise staff in tasks including customer service, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Delegate duties appropriately among employees to optimize workflow.
- Lead the recruitment process and facilitate onboarding for new team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines within the store environment.
- Maintain accurate tracking and management of inventory.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, though significant relevant experience may substitute.
- Experience: At least five years in retail or sales roles.
- Skills: Proficient communication, strong sales acumen, effective leadership, problem-solving capabilities, basic mathematical skills, and strong organizational competence.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electronic products and familiarity with retail Point of Sale (POS) systems.
