Role Overview

As the Store Manager at Mr Jewels in Bengaluru, you will oversee the daily functionality of the store while ensuring outstanding customer service. This position involves direct customer interaction, including in-person and virtual presentations of jewellery products, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to maintain smooth functioning.
• Greet customers and deliver courteous, professional service at all times.
• Conduct in-person and video call demonstrations of jewellery items, highlighting important details.
• Clarify aspects such as product design, materials used, pricing structures, maintenance guidelines, and availability.
• Guide customers in choosing appropriate jewellery pieces and assist them through to purchase completion.
• Address customer queries via telephone, messaging apps, social media platforms, and video calls.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective buyers to nurture ongoing relationships.
• Work towards achieving both personal and store-wide sales goals.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, product displays, pricing accuracy, and record keeping.
• Ensure the secure handling, storage, and presentation of jewellery items to minimize risk.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is between 12,000 and 25,000 INR.
