About the Role

Join our Technology and Transformation team within the HR Strategy and Technology practice as a Specialist Senior, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors implementations. You'll engage closely with business leaders to deploy people-focused transformations relating to culture, leadership, organisational design, and operating models.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on their migration journey from on-premises SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors cloud solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to develop detailed functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into system configuration and design solutions adhering to SAP best practices and incorporating XML expertise.
• Design and configure comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors modules end-to-end.
• Execute configuration in line with client-specific workbooks and requirements.
• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate solutions.
• Deliver comprehensive client administrator and end-user training sessions.
• Manage change requests, facilitate thorough end-to-end testing, and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide timely resolution of live system issues to minimize downtime.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years experience in roles related to HR, talent, or people development systems, ideally within consulting or professional services.
• Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central plus at least one additional module such as Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, or Performance and Goals.
• Strong subject matter expertise in HR systems design and implementation, particularly SAP SuccessFactors deployments.
• Familiarity with SAP delivery tools and technologies including SAP Cloud ALM, Signavio, and SAP Best Practices is advantageous.
• Proven experience supporting customer transitions from on-premises SAP HCM environments to cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors platforms.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to identify root causes and develop constructive, logical solutions.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written, sufficient to engage diverse organizational levels.
