Specialist - Learning and Growth

Overview

This role focuses on supporting the organization's learning and growth initiatives aligned with its strategic goals in Abu Dhabi. The position requires strong bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English and a relevant academic background.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting training needs assessments to align with organizational strategy, support departmental applications, and anticipate future skill requirements.
• Help implement the learning strategy across all employee levels and manage the delivery of training programs throughout the bank.
• Promote experiential learning through on-the-job training techniques to enhance employee capabilities.
• Coordinate with local, regional, and global external trainers or vendors to ensure high-quality training adhering to international standards.
• Develop and maintain platforms for knowledge exchange such as seminars, best practice sharing sessions, and leadership forums to nurture a culture of continuous learning.
• Implement learning policies and manage Mandatory Learning Curriculums.
• Establish evaluation systems to objectively assess the quality and effectiveness of training activities and take appropriate actions based on these assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience between 3 to 5 years in learning and development or related HR functions.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
