Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving at the spa and salon, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in and registration process.
- Manage guest scheduling through answering calls and emails, handling reservations, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with team members.
- Provide administrative support by performing tasks such as data entry, organizing files, processing mail, note-taking, drafting correspondence, and aiding spa management in general office duties.
