Position Overview
Bright Globe Private Limited is seeking an experienced South Indian Chef for their kitchen located in Mangalore, Karnataka. This role requires expertise in preparing authentic South Indian dishes and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Rasam, and full meals.
- Specialize in the indent preparation technique, which is a mandatory skill for this role.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold rigorous food safety standards within the kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience cooking South Indian cuisine.
- Strong expertise in traditional South Indian recipes and preparation methods.
- Understanding and commitment to kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Ability to join immediately is preferred.
