We are seeking a skilled South Indian and Chinese cook to join our kitchen team at Andaaz-E-Awadh Private Limited located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing traditional South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, vada, sambar, and chutney, as well as popular Indo-Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, and Manchurian.

The role demands maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and ensuring prompt service. The candidate must be proficient in wok cooking and high-flame techniques, with a strong focus on food presentation and flavor. Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards is essential. Additionally, the cook should be capable of working efficiently within a team and managing kitchen stocks and ingredients effectively.
