Sourcing Manager - Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sourcing Manager specializing in the real estate sector to join our team in Mumbai. This position focuses on generating and nurturing leads via channel partners, brokers, and direct field activities. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong business relationships, conducting site visits, and facilitating client meetings to drive sales and meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads through channel partners, brokers, and on-ground efforts.
• Build and sustain relationships with channel partners and agents in the real estate domain.
• Conduct site visits and meet with potential clients to generate business opportunities.
• Convert prospects into site visits and facilitate lead closure in coordination with the sales team.
• Consistently achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets.
• Maintain and update daily reports of client interactions and site visits, ensuring the CRM system reflects current lead and follow-up information.
• Engage in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities to raise brand awareness.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process to maintain client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in real estate sourcing or sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferably has an existing network of channel partners and brokers.
• Target-driven with a strong ability to meet sales goals.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred for field activities.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software for efficient data management.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
