We seek a highly motivated Content Producer and Editor who possesses a deep passion for content creation, an acute awareness of social media trends, and a genuine affinity for the SUPER73 brand. This position emphasizes creative editing and content production rather than filmmaking. The ideal candidate operates as a self-driven creative professional, who produces engaging material daily with a quick and imaginative approach, executing projects without the need for constant guidance.

The position involves filming and editing branded content across multiple channels, including social videos, behind-the-scenes footage from shoots, dynamic ad cuts, sizzle reels, vlogs, and extended YouTube edits. Adaptability and initiative are prized: if you conceive an idea, you are empowered to realize it independently. The role requires readiness to capture content spontaneously in diverse settings such as ride events, meetings, product evaluations, warehouses, and occasions with minimal setup time.

Based primarily at the Irvine headquarters, the role necessitates regular on-site presence as well as attendance at local community events, periodic travel to other locations like the San Clemente showroom and Los Angeles to connect with creator communities. Assisting on larger-scale productions and shoot days is also expected. Above all, dedication to representing the SUPER73 brand authentically and creatively to engage Gen Z and millennial demographics with distinctive organic content is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and delivery of organic content for all SUPER73 social media accounts, from ideation to final publishing, ensuring a continual supply of innovative and captivating materials.
• Recognize and film meaningful, genuine moments which may include product development processes, community happenings, daily life at headquarters, and more.
• Remain up-to-date with social media trends and emerging formats, proactively proposing fresh content ideas to the team consistently.
• Conceive and implement creative content concepts independently, always seeking new storytelling opportunities infused with humor and sincerity.
• Produce a diverse range of content types, from short-form videos for social platforms to documentary-style vlogs and longer YouTube features.
• Comfortably appear on camera and create self-recorded materials when beneficial to add authenticity and personality to brand channels.
• Create documentary-style narratives highlighting product development, internal milestones, and the company culture.
• Travel locally and nationally to cover community events, creator shoots, retail venues, and brand activations, capturing on-the-ground experiences.
• Support larger production shoots by filming behind-the-scenes content and crafting supplemental social media clips.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Product Design teams to support campaigns, launches, partnerships, and the overarching marketing timeline.
• Edit content swiftly and effectively to facilitate daily publishing across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and others.
• Develop digital visuals including graphics, thumbnails, and static campaign imagery using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Maintain organized media libraries and workflows to consistently supply publish-ready content.

Required Qualifications

• Between 2 and 4 years' experience crafting and editing content for social media or lifestyle brands.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social networks.
• Advanced editing capabilities with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud suite; familiarity with Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve, and skills in producing digital graphics and campaign assets.
• Competent in operating Canon and Sony camera equipment.
• Proven experience in producing documentary-focused content, vlogs, and lifestyle storytelling.
• Strong grasp of current social trends, content creators, and platform best practices.
• Excellent time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in lighting setups, color correction and grading, audio editing, and post-production processes.
• Ability to film effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments including corporate offices, retail settings, events, and community rides.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit, capable of independently generating and executing creative ideas.
• Graphic design and motion graphics expertise are advantageous.
• Flexible and composed under pressure with quick adaptability.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Genuine enthusiasm for SUPER73 brand, and interests aligned with action sports, motorcycles, cycling, automotive or lifestyle cultures are highly desirable.

Compensation

The salary ranges between $71,000 and $75,000 annually, dependent on experience and skill level.
