About the Role
We are seeking skilled professionals to become part of our Commercial Insurance SME Channel focusing on Non-Motor insurance products. This role offers a competitive fixed salary up to 10 LPA along with compelling incentive opportunities. It is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the General Insurance industry looking for career advancement in a dynamic setting.
Primary Duties
- Oversee and expand the SME Commercial Insurance portfolio concentrating on Non-Motor sectors.
- Drive new business acquisition through direct sales channels, brokerage relationships, and corporate clients.
- Manage various non-motor insurance products such as Fire, Marine, Liability, and Property insurance.
- Build and sustain enduring client relationships to facilitate policy renewals and long-term satisfaction.
- Ensure all activities align with organizational policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Commercial or Non-Motor Insurance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SME and Commercial Line insurance products.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management capabilities.
- Background exclusively within the General Insurance (GI) industry is mandatory.
