As a Small Business Banker, you will grow alongside your customers, primarily servicing clients in Rockhampton. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage business and home lending requests for Small Business customers by keeping processes straightforward.
- Act quickly to increase revenue and foster customer loyalty.
- Focus relentlessly on customer needs, enhancing the number of customers who recognize us as their preferred bank.
- Take full ownership by deeply understanding clients' needs and tailoring holistic banking solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Branch and Broker teams to improve portfolio outcomes and customer results.
Qualifications and Skills
- A commitment to establishing authentic personal relationships with customers, empowering them to confidently pursue their business ambitions.
- Prior lending experience within business banking or retail banking sectors.
- Solid comprehension of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market dynamics.
- Proven expertise in customer and relationship management.
- Strong aptitude in problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation.
