Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee site activities focusing on the installation of curtain walls, unitized systems, spider glass, and ACP cladding components. This role demands close coordination with survey teams, ensuring precise alignment of grid lines and rigorous inspection of embedded anchors and sealants. The Site Manager will maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, especially for high-altitude cradle operations, while managing daily labor force and addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) related to shop drawing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation projects involving curtain walls, unitized systems, spider glass, and ACP cladding.
• Coordinate with surveyors to accurately align grid lines on site.
• Inspect embedded anchors and sealant applications for quality assurance.
• Enforce stringent safety regulations for workers using high-altitude cradles.
• Manage on-site labor activities daily to ensure smooth work progress.
• Resolve queries and provide clarifications by reviewing shop drawing design RFIs.
