Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Shift Supervisors who excel in dynamic and fast-paced settings to lead shifts effectively. As a confident leader, you will support the management team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional standards in people management, product quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your shift team to uphold Popeyes' food quality, service speed, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist management in achieving operational performance targets and delivering results.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to keep the team focused and motivated.
• Set a positive example by maintaining high standards and leading proactively.
• Foster an enjoyable and inclusive atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Coach and train team members, nurturing future leadership talent.
• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health and safety, and company policies.
• Oversee shift labor management, workflow, and service delivery.
• Maintain high energy levels to create a vibrant culture and smooth service flow.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager, preferably within quick-service or fast casual dining environments.
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to supporting team members consistently.
• Strong passion for teamwork and achieving outstanding team results.
• Knowledgeable and confident in managing compliance, standards, and food safety requirements.
• Excellent communication abilities and motivational skills.
• Capacity to remain organized, composed, and focused during busy periods.
• Ambition to develop and progress toward management roles.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay of £12.75 per hour, rising to £13.25 per hour with an additional £0.50 premium when serving as Duty Manager.
