SharePoint Business Analyst

About the Role

Selsoft Tech is hiring a SharePoint Business Analyst for its Bengaluru location. The role focuses on supporting business needs through SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools, while also contributing to process improvement and release/testing coordination.

Role Overview

This position is suited to professionals with 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in banking or financial services. The budget is mentioned as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work on business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role also involves UAT support, business process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Technical and Functional Requirements

Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Planner / Microsoft 365 tools is important. A solid understanding of SDLC approaches such as Agile and Waterfall is also required, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical and problem-solving ability, clear communication, and effective stakeholder management. Documentation, requirement analysis, and collaborative teamwork are key parts of the role.

Preferred Skills

Additional advantage will be given to candidates familiar with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate, document management systems like RDMS and archival systems, and banking domain workflows.

Eligibility

Any graduate can apply. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred for this role.

Salary budget: INR 15,00,000 to 27,50,000 per year, as per company standards
