Job description
About Teaching Socials
Teaching Socials ranks among the fastest-growing consulting firms in the DACH region, specializing in personal branding for the finance and real estate sectors.
Role Overview
As a Setter, you hold a crucial role at the very start of our sales process. You determine the volume and quality of the sales pipeline, serving as the foundation for all subsequent sales activities. This role is far from an entry-level or call center position; it represents the quickest pathway into genuine sales.
Whether you bring prior phone experience or are transitioning from another field is less important than your drive to deliver consistent daily results.
This position requires a 100% onsite presence in Hockenheim, as we believe direct personal interaction, instant feedback, and a performance-focused environment create superior outcomes, especially in the Setter role.
Daily Responsibilities
- Proactively engage potential clients through phone calls and social media outreach.
- Initiate meaningful conversations, quickly identify client pain points, and rigorously qualify prospects.
- Convert cold contacts into confirmed appointments and ensure their completion.
- Accurately hand off qualified leads to our Closers and maintain follow-up with undecided prospects.
- Monitor your performance metrics such as contacts made, conversations held, appointments booked, and show rates.
- Participate in daily coaching sessions and role-play exercises to continuously elevate your communication skills.
Candidate Profile
- Motivated to achieve tangible results and unwilling to settle for mediocrity.
- Enjoys interacting with people and maintains composure during phone conversations, unaffected by rejection.
- Disciplined in pursuing targets and sustaining activity levels even on difficult days.
- Welcomes feedback with an eagerness to promptly implement improvements.
- Ready to commit to daily onsite work and thrive as part of a driven, high-performing team.
Why Join Teaching Socials?
We value discipline, dedication, and ambition to deliver exceptional results for our clients and ourselves. Performance dictates your growth opportunities, not tenure. If you desire to build a meaningful career instead of just managing tasks and enjoy working with growth-oriented people, you'll feel at home here.
Benefits and Career Path
- Clear advancement route from Setter to Closer and onward to team leadership.
- Merit-based progression without delays or office politics.
- Attractive compensation package with fixed salary plus uncapped commission aligned to your performance.
- Daily mentorship, role-playing practice, and call analysis led by experienced closers.
- Short decision processes facilitating swift implementation of ideas.
- A mission-driven environment with a skilled, high-level team.
What We Do Not Accept
- Comfort-seeking over performance commitment.
- Minimal effort or "clocking in" mentality instead of genuine motivation.
- Taking rejection personally and disengaging thereafter.
- Lack of initiative or unwillingness to learn.
- Disinterest in personal development or taking responsibility.
- Resistance to clear goals, data, feedback, and a performance-oriented culture.
- Unwillingness to be fully present onsite and collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
