Servicenow Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Servicenow Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with various teams to gather business requirements and create automated workflows using the ServiceNow suite of tools. The role also involves integrating external systems through custom scripting and providing technical support for ITSM-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and support ITSM and FSM solutions using ServiceNow tools.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to understand business needs and automate processes accordingly.
• Write custom scripts, including Python or other programming languages, to enable system integrations.
• Identify and resolve technical problems related to ITSM workflows and assist end-users with support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience developing and deploying solutions on ServiceNow focusing on ITSM and FSM.
• Expertise in Service Portal development, Flow Designer, REST and SOAP integrations, ACLs, scripting, Service Catalog, and platform customizations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS, emphasizing automation and scalable business solutions.
