Qualifications
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in any four-year course, ideally in Accounting or other business-focused disciplines.
- Required to have a minimum of three years' experience in branch operations, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Possess solid expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, branch operations, and risk management principles.
- Demonstrate foundational supervisory capabilities along with effective communication skills.
- Be analytically minded and able to perform well under pressure.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and internet usage is essential.
Position Details
The role is designated as Service Officer Pool with assignments based in the Ilocos, La Union, Pangasinan areas within the Region III jurisdiction.
