Key Responsibilities
- Setup, commission, upkeep, and diagnose machinery issues.
- Offer prompt technical assistance through video calls to customers.

- Provide customer training sessions and generate detailed service reports.
- Collaborate with production and technical departments for seamless operations.
- Support machine assembly, testing, and other technical tasks outside regular service duties.
- Travel as needed for customer site visits, installations, and maintenance services.
