Your Role and Impact

As a key member of a compact strategic finance team, you will significantly influence the trajectory of Verse’s critical initiatives designed to facilitate patient recovery at home. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will collaborate closely with leaders across partnerships, sales, customer success, operations, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce insightful analysis to guide executive decision-making on product positioning and prioritization.
• Take ownership of your proposals by independently launching and managing programs or initiatives, serving as operational or business development lead.
• Manage external partnerships, acting as project manager or informal salesperson as needed.
• Implement and optimize internal processes, serving as a vital link connecting various operational teams.
• Assist with forecasting and planning efforts in coordination with Analytics, Finance, and Business Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in demanding sectors such as banking, consulting, startups, or similar rigorous environments.
• Strong first-principles thinking, capable of creating solutions from scratch in uncharted territories.
• Solid quantitative aptitude with confident numerical analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Proven experience in partnerships and sales, comfortable championing external relationships including vendor negotiations and partnership launches.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution and bring strategic recommendations into operational reality, favoring swift action over protracted refinement.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 per year.

Work Environment and Location

This position is primarily located in our San Francisco office with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence 4 days per week to enhance collaboration and innovation. Our headquarters in New York serves as the main hub, and occasional travel between offices should be expected.
