Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain advanced marketing and business models to assess performance, investment choices, and growth opportunities.
• Manage comprehensive strategic analyses from framing business queries, generating insights, to presenting recommendations and supporting their execution.
• Contribute to market strategy efforts such as market sizing, defining ideal customer profiles, and shaping data acquisition plans.
• Track business performance against targets, analyze primary drivers of change, and propose avenues for optimization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to growth leaders with forecasts, performance evaluations, and guidance across multiple acquisition channels.
• Tackle ambiguous, high-priority business problems alongside senior executives through structured, data-supported perspectives.
• Partner with marketing, operations, customer service, and other business units to align initiatives and deliver results.
• Formulate repeatable analytical frameworks, tools, and processes that enhance team effectiveness and decision quality.
• Elevate analytical standards by encouraging data-driven methods and strict evaluation techniques.
• Present complex analysis findings clearly through narratives, presentations, and executive briefings.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in top-level management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or a comparable analytical function.
• Demonstrated leadership in strategic projects and driving operational enhancements from analysis to implementation.
• Strong capability in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, including working with extensive and imperfect datasets.
• SQL experience is advantageous, or willingness to develop these skills.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous challenges into structured problems and devise actionable solutions.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities with experience creating materials for executive audiences.
• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to producing top-quality work.
• Autonomous working style combined with skillful cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability to fast-changing priorities in a high-pace environment.
• Effective communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or fast-growing business contexts is a plus.
