Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily interactions with European cargo stations to promptly address and resolve any irregularities or issues.
• Drive the integration of system data connections with service providers, analyze data flows, and detect any discrepancies or problems.
• Track supplier delivery schedules, swiftly identify delays or issues, and develop plans to improve operational timelines.
• Maintain cooperative and effective communication with upstream airlines and downstream customs clearance partners.
• Provide recommendations to enhance logistics performance across European operations, taking accountability for meeting timely delivery targets.
• Identify root causes of abnormalities in cargo and ensure timely resolutions.
• Continuously monitor customs regulations and developments at various European ports, offering up-to-date intelligence to support company decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively within the logistics team and coordinate with other departments as required.

Job Requirements

• At least three years’ experience working in the air cargo sector with a thorough understanding of air transport operations and procedures.
• Completed training programs relevant to air transport, including customs inspections, documentation, AWB preparation, SITA telex communications, load service, and hazardous goods handling.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to diagnose issues at different stages and propose practical solutions.
• Results-driven mindset with a capability to work cooperatively in multicultural team environments.
• Highly attentive to detail, reliable, and responsible.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language such as French, Dutch, German, or Spanish is highly advantageous.
• Possession of a valid EU driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
