Overview

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Senior HR Coordinator who excels as a problem solver, compliance specialist, and dependable collaborator. The ideal candidate proactively identifies and addresses HR needs, balances multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting, and understands the dual focus of HR on people and precise details.

This role involves managing complex employee issues confidentially while working closely with leadership across several locations. You will create streamlined HR processes and act as a reliable resource for guidance and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, life event qualification, eligibility verification, and internal communications.
  • Handle leave administration including FMLA, ADA accommodations, Paid Family and Medical Leave, Workers' Compensation, and other protected absences.
  • Prepare and upkeep employment-related documents such as offer letters, corrective actions, performance evaluations, terminations, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Conduct HR audits regarding personnel files, benefits eligibility, ACA compliance, and employee data accuracy.
  • Update and maintain HRIS records, ensuring accuracy for job changes, pay adjustments, and organizational updates.
  • Advise managers on attendance, performance management, workplace conduct, and policy adherence.
  • Document employee relations issues and workplace investigations meticulously.
  • Assist recruitment and onboarding efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, background checks, and new hire processes.
  • Generate reports on benefits, workforce metrics, turnover statistics, and compliance obligations.
  • Coordinate unemployment claims, wage garnishments, employment verifications, and personnel record requests.
