Role Overview
The Business Partner within Field Alliances Operations will manage daily operations supporting CrowdStrike’s expanding partner ecosystem, working closely with the Alliances/Partner leadership and cross-functional teams. The role focuses heavily on maintaining Salesforce data accuracy and partner program integrity to offer an excellent partner experience. Continuous operational improvements and scalable process enhancements are expected, alongside strong partner advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Alliances Leadership to support channel strategy through data-driven insights identifying trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Continuously enable the extended Alliances/Partner teams to ensure smooth execution of partner-related initiatives and processes.
- Handle daily operational activities supporting Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales Teams.
- Analyze partner data and prepare periodic reports on metrics and KPIs for management review.
- Manage partner onboarding and compliance, including handling complex contract scenarios.
- Ensure proper categorization and partner attribution of all partner deals with regional deal support.
- Advise on process improvements and engage with IT, capability, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and the Annual Planning Process to align processes with business needs.
- Investigate and resolve commission issues escalated by the Compensation Team.
- Establish scalable best practices and data flow processes.
- Drive continuous improvements to operational processes, especially as partnerships expand, to enhance partner user experience.
- Implement new or improved processes within the field environment.
- Conduct regular enablement sessions for wider Alliances and Partner sales teams.
- Manage onboarding for new hires, oversee knowledge transfer and maintain training materials.
- Train shared services teams and serve as an escalation point.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Partner or Channel Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data anomalies.
- Self-motivated, detail-focused, process-oriented, and operationally savvy.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and influencing abilities with proven business partnership experience.
- Proficient with business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with abilities to manage ambiguity and change.
- Curious mindset with a drive to constantly improve partner and internal team experiences.
- Capability to optimize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
