Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Education Counsellor to assist students aspiring to become doctors by guiding them through the MBBS admission journey. The role primarily involves advising NEET-qualified candidates and their families on the intricacies of medical college admissions.
Key Duties
- Provide expert counselling to NEET-qualified candidates and their parents on MBBS admission opportunities.
- Clarify admission processes for a variety of institutions, including Government, Private, Deemed, and Management Quota medical colleges.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing counselling communications effectively.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions by building trust and rapport.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with students and their families to facilitate smooth admission processes.
- Perform consistent follow-ups using calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to maintain engagement.
- Accurately update and maintain student records within a CRM system.
- Oversee the documentation and formalities involved in student admissions.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly admission targets set by the organization.
Qualifications & Eligibility
This role is open to individuals with prior experience in counseling students in the MBBS admission domain, especially those familiar with NEET examination processes.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range of 20,000 to 35,000 INR.
