Position Overview
Our partner company located in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Content & Communications Manager to lead and refine their global communication framework, spanning brand, product marketing, editorial content, website messaging, and social channels.
This role is designed for a strategic and creative leader who can craft communication strategies that enhance market presence, foster customer engagement, and drive overall business growth. The role demands operational oversight, collaboration across diverse teams, and the creation of content that translates complex product insights into clear, engaging communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance a multi-channel content and communication strategy covering product marketing, brand messaging, editorial content, website content, social media, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and more.
- Design content roadmaps, organize priorities, manage communication calendars, and ensure consistent execution aligned with organizational goals.
- Produce, edit, and refine superior communication materials that uphold brand voice consistency and editorial excellence.
- Support product marketing by converting technical product details into clear, compelling narratives with commercial value.
- Collaborate closely with product teams, marketing, sales, partnerships, design, SEO, and agencies to maintain aligned messaging across platforms.
- Oversee website communications by reviewing content, refreshing messaging, optimizing landing pages, and ensuring conversion-oriented communication.
- Manage public relations activities by reviewing materials, aligning positioning, and upholding quality standards.
- Coordinate social media communications to ensure alignment and message consistency across channels.
- Work with SEO teams to apply content optimization strategies while preserving editorial integrity and authenticity.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, emerging communication methods, AI-supported workflows, and storytelling innovations to continually elevate communication practices.
- Implement organized content operations including tracking, reporting, workflows, and coordination among cross-functional teams.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in strategic communication roles such as content management, communications, or product marketing.
- Comprehensive understanding of the iGaming sector, including its products, market dynamics, and ecosystems.
- Familiarity with iGaming concepts such as Turnkey solutions, White Label, Casino, Sportsbook, Player Account Management (PAM), and platform architectures.
- Expertise in B2B communications, product positioning, and commercial narrative development.
- Exceptional command of English in writing, editing, proofreading with acute attention to detail.
- Experience producing high-quality content in various formats and channels.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects and communication streams autonomously.
- Strong market research skills to track trends and implement insights into communications.
- Knowledge of content key performance indicators (KPIs), social media metrics, and effectiveness measurements.
- Competence in responsibly using AI-based content tools while preserving authenticity and thorough fact-checking.
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration and management skills across teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, creative, strategic, and independent in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with publishing original articles, media contributions, or thought-leadership content is an advantage.
