Role Overview

In the Consulting area specializing in HR Strategy & Technology, you will support organizations in strategically realigning and future-proofing their HR function. Our team enhances HR's role with solid strategy and process consulting, deep technology insight, and focused use of AI. Join us as a Senior Consultant HR Strategy & Operations (m/w/d) to contribute meaningfully to shared success.

Locations

Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Munich, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic issues related to efficient and innovative HR Target Operating Models.
• Support clients through change processes, incorporating global HR and HR technology trends.
• Design and actively lead workshops and client meetings, prepare persuasive presentations for top management, and assist companies with strategic HR functional decisions.
• Develop data-driven solutions via qualitative and quantitative analyses, conduct client and expert interviews, employ modern data strategies, and develop or utilize AI agents.
• Lead initial subprojects, assume responsibility towards clients and more junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Contribute to creating sales presentations and marketing materials, as well as advancing our practice development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in consulting contexts covering the above areas, along with a successfully completed university degree.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy development, HR process design, HR operating models, organizational and service delivery models.
• Excellent skills in analysis and interpretation, presentation, moderation, coupled with responsibility and team spirit.
• Experience in project management, client management, entrepreneurial thinking, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel and proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
