Role Overview
The Senior Client Success Manager position is a full-time, hybrid role located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area with some flexibility for remote work. This role involves oversight of a portfolio comprising enterprise-level clients, acting as a strategic advisor and main liaison to guarantee smooth onboarding, strong adoption, and sustained use of Wellness Coach’s programs. Daily responsibilities include tracking client engagement and health metrics, conducting periodic business reviews, proactively identifying risks, and leading initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and client retention.
Collaboration is key, as the role works closely with sales, product, content, and operations teams to resolve client challenges, rollout new features, and ensure client wellness solutions are aligned with their objectives. Additionally, this role engages in collecting client feedback, offering strategic advice to refine wellness programs, and contributing to the development of client success best practices and process optimizations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence with the ability to represent client interests effectively.
- Proven experience in fostering customer retention and nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
- Analytical aptitude to evaluate usage data, engagement statistics, and program results, converting findings into strategic actions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities tailored to engage senior-level stakeholders and lead meetings.
- Background in client success, account management, or other customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, HR technology, or wellness industries.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities within a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, collaborating both in-person and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
