This opportunity is offered on behalf of an affiliated company managing all application procedures. The role, based in Canada, seeks a Senior Business Transformation Consultant skilled in AI strategy, growth, and innovation. You will advise organizations on evolving their strategies, operational models, and customer experiences by leveraging business transformation and emerging technologies.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will identify improvement areas, craft actionable solutions, and steer companies through impactful organizational changes. This role demands a visionary consultant who integrates strategic consulting with AI innovation and operational insight to convert complex challenges into executable transformation plans.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with executive-level stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and diagnostic assessments to uncover business challenges and transformation potential.
Examine operating models, organizational design, workflows, systems, customer experience pathways, and key performance indicators to highlight enhancement opportunities.
Detect business risks, operational bottlenecks, technology gaps, and avenues for innovation and growth.
Formulate strategic guidance, business cases, future operating models, governance frameworks, and detailed implementation roadmaps.
Provide counsel on responsible use of AI, automation, data analytics, and emerging tech within business contexts.
Develop governance and decision-making structures, define roles, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and operational processes.
Facilitate adoption of change initiatives via stakeholder alignment, thorough documentation, training programs, and adoption strategies.
Advise on business growth tactics, market positioning, product/service development, commercialization, and enhancements to customer experience.
Create frameworks for innovation, service blueprints, playbooks, and technology-backed business solutions.
Serve as a subject-matter expert in client engagements and strategic advisory sessions.
Evaluate implementation needs including risks, dependencies, resources, and anticipated business outcomes.
Support transition of approved plans into execution and delivery phases.
Contribute to new business development opportunities when appropriate while maintaining a client advisory focus.

Candidate Requirements

Extensive experience in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, innovation, technology, operations, marketing, or customer experience.
Ability to engage and advise executives and facilitate senior stakeholder discussions effectively.
Proficiency in organizational assessments encompassing operating models, workflows, processes, and management practices.
Strong expertise in AI, automation, digital platforms, data analytics, and technology-driven transformation initiatives.
Experience creating business cases, strategic recommendations, roadmaps, governance models, and performance monitoring frameworks.
Commercial awareness to assess strategic potential, risks, and business value.
Excellent skills in written communication, presentations, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder relationship management.
Ability to handle multiple complex engagements with independence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in commercializing tech-enabled services or developing new business concepts is advantageous.
Background in customer experience strategy, service design, innovation, creative technology, or interactive systems is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, analytics, and workflow management tools is beneficial.
Experience supporting AI adoption, organizational change management, training, or stakeholder enablement is a plus.
Prior involvement in enterprise consulting, professional services, agencies, SaaS, or multi-client environments is highly desirable.
