Role Overview

The Senior Associate will collaborate within a problem-solving team to handle intricate business challenges ranging from strategy formulation to execution. This role demands comprehensive knowledge and expertise related to Oracle Accounts Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), regulatory reporting, and the financial close process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply solid experience with multi-GAAP and multi-currency applications.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth functional understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, consolidation methods, calculations, and related financial statement disclosures.
  • Manage elimination processes, consolidation methodologies, and chart of accounts.
  • Translate business needs into effective HFM and/or ARCS technical solutions.
  • Develop prototypes, design processes (including scenario design and flow mapping), oversee testing and training sessions, define support procedures and SLAs, and assist implementations post-launch.
  • Possess strong knowledge of EPMA and Classic applications, understanding interdependencies within the Hyperion Suite.
  • Offer alternatives and best-practice recommendations based on application functionality.
  • Understand profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow developments across various industries.
  • Expertise in FDMEE/Data Management integration from multiple sources, including supplemental data management and close manager monthly consolidation processes.
  • Create and maintain end-user web forms, develop business-centric rules, and validate data transfer between financial systems.
  • Develop financial reports and narrative reporting; troubleshoot and resolve issues via ServiceNow related to HFM and ARCS.
  • Maintain and create EPM automation scripts on Windows/Unix platforms.
  • Lead projects, undertake cross-functional tasks, and contribute to the Center of Excellence initiatives.
  • Manage escalation and risk mitigation; develop and deliver end-user training and patch release documentation.
  • Possess advanced skills in creating profiles, formats, and reconciliations in ARCS, with strong expertise in transaction matching, reconciliations, ARCS reporting, and SQL scripting.

Additional Information

The role is based in multiple Indian cities including Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune, and Gurugram.
