Senior Analyst – Corporate Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance based in Baner, Pune, who will play a critical role in supporting our Series D fundraising efforts and preparing the organization for an upcoming IPO. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and possess strong expertise in fundraising, IPO preparations, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in equity, debt, and hybrid fundraising initiatives.
• Handle investor inquiries and collaborate closely with investors, bankers, legal counsel, auditors, and internal teams.
• Assist in negotiating Shareholders' Agreements, managing transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and handling regulatory and corporate secretarial filings.
• Perform comprehensive financial analyses, valuation exercises, and contribute to the development of valuation theses.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for IPO readiness, identifying necessary actions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to close any gaps.
• Prepare materials such as investor presentations, pitch books, prospectuses, and other documentation related to fundraising and IPO transactions.
• Monitor competitors and industry developments to provide insights on market trends and valuations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Capital Markets, or closely related areas.
• Demonstrated hands-on involvement in fundraising transactions is essential.
• Solid knowledge of IPO procedures, financial markets, valuation methods, due diligence processes, and transaction structuring techniques.
• Previous exposure to IPO mandates or IPO preparation activities will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent grasp of financial concepts, strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Finance specialization, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are mandatory.
