Job Overview
Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a Senior Agency Manager based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role focuses on recruiting and mentoring Life Advisors, expanding a robust advisor network, and driving business growth through strong relationships with customers and advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new Life Advisors to expand the team.
- Develop and sustain a strong network of advisors.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to advisors to help them reach their income goals.
- Maintain effective relationships with both customers and advisors to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Drive team expansion, advisor retention, and promote sustainable business development.
- Assist advisors in identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities.

Compensation
