Position Overview

Become a vital part of our People and Culture team by undertaking a dynamic administrative support role. Collaborate directly with the Director and People and Culture professionals to provide comprehensive services across human resources, employee relations, organisational culture, engagement, and health, safety and wellbeing.

Role Responsibilities

This position will enable you to contribute significantly to impactful projects, develop robust stakeholder relationships, and support initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience. Your work will involve coordinating workflows, assisting with projects, and ensuring excellent service delivery to employees and stakeholders.

The role encompasses facilitating operations smoothly, managing diverse priorities, and adapting to an environment where no two days are alike, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and relationship building.

Required Skills & Experience

We seek a highly organised, self-motivated professional with exceptional administrative capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to juggle competing demands in a fast-paced setting is essential. Effective communication skills are imperative, including collaboration across all organisational levels while maintaining confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive information.

Experience in administration, business support, human resources, or project support is highly desirable.
