SAP GENIL & CRM Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP GENIL & CRM Developer to join our technical team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP CRM, with a focus on the GENIL/BOL framework and ABAP Object-Oriented development, to build and enhance CRM applications effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve SAP CRM applications using GENIL and BOL architecture.
• Customize and enhance CRM Web UI components and business objects to meet business needs.
• Design robust technical solutions, troubleshoot development issues, and optimize system performance.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand and implement business requirements.
• Provide production support and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM with emphasis on Web UI and technical development.
• Expertise in GENIL/BOL framework for SAP CRM development.
• Proficient in ABAP Object-Oriented programming within SAP CRM.
• Experience in CRM Web UI enhancements, customizations, and working with PPF, BAdIs, Enhancements, and Workflow components.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration preferred.

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of SAP CRM Sales and Service processes.
• Exposure to integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
