Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Project Manager to oversee SAP Enterprise Management with S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong functional and consulting background in SAP, capable of leading medium to large teams, and managing client relationships strategically and operationally.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Manage S/4HANA Greenfield projects and global rollout initiatives with over 10 years of project leadership experience.
- Lead teams comprising 50+ full-time employees effectively towards project delivery.
- Engage actively and present confidently in client meetings at both operational and strategic levels.
- Demonstrate strong client-facing skills in various project contexts.
- Work effectively under pressure, maintaining high standards of communication and presentation.
Requirements
- Proven SAP functional and consulting expertise especially within SAP EM and S/4HANA implementations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale SAP projects.
- Experience leading sizable teams of 50 or more professionals.
- At least 2 years of international work exposure in relevant roles.
- Must currently reside in Mumbai or Bangalore to align with onsite requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
