Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and assist clients throughout their buying journey.
• Explain product details, features, and ongoing promotions clearly to customers.
• Manage billing and payment processes efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing storefront including product displays.
• Ensure consistent stock availability and timely restocking of products.
• Promote related accessories, warranties, and additional services to enhance customer value.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly in a professional manner.
• Keep precise sales documentation and records for tracking performance.
• Collaborate with the store team to facilitate smooth daily operations and maximize the customer's shopping experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to understand and assess customer needs to suggest appropriate solutions.
• Experience handling sales transactions and store maintenance is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for sales targets and achieving results.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between INR 14,000 and 28,000 depending on experience and performance.
