Job Overview

A prominent food manufacturing company in Jeddah, specializing in spices and seasonings, is seeking a proactive and analytical Sales & Product Coordinator. This office position focuses on connecting sales personnel, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective product placement, competitive pricing strategies, and adherence to market standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally by serving as the primary liaison among field sales representatives, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth commercial activities.
• Monitor market product availability and oversee shelf presentation to guarantee merchandising standards through comprehensive sales reporting.
• Conduct detailed analysis of pricing trends and product performance, producing regular sales reports aimed at maximizing profitability.
• Manage and evaluate trade promotions, discount schemes, and marketing campaigns to assess their effect on sales volumes.
• Provide administrative support by maintaining precise databases, tracking supplier orders, and promptly addressing customer queries or concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of professional experience, preferably within food manufacturing.
• Advanced analytical abilities with expertise in Microsoft Excel and interpreting complex data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, suitable for managing office-based tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Currently residing in Jeddah or immediately willing to relocate.
