About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads to expand the loan customer base.
• Market and sell various loan products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, and others.
• Assess customers' needs and suggest appropriate loan options.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application and paperwork stages.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure prompt loan processing and fund disbursal.
• Consistently meet monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates from any discipline, preferably.
• Previous experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates passionate about finance and sales are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of financial products and lending procedures.
• Customer relationship management capabilities.
• Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation.
