About the Role

HEX Entertainment LLP is hiring for front-line roles at The Grid, a retail entertainment unit in Bengaluru. The available openings cover retail counter sales, customer support, and operational coordination across the Koramangala 5th Block, New BEL Road, and Kalyan Nagar locations.

Working Hours and Schedule

Retail Counter Sales Responsibilities

  • Run email, SMS, and other promotional campaigns for the unit
  • Stay updated on each activity, offer, and related details
  • Maintain customer contact records and update information accurately
  • Call active and prospective clients to encourage bookings and purchases
  • Address customer questions, complaints, and suggestions promptly
  • Document important call and conversation details
  • Coordinate with front executives and managers on enquiries and bookings
  • Pass customer acceptance details to the sales team for closure
