Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining sales records, achieving revenue goals through efficient selling strategies, and working closely with the paint shop team on promotional activities and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales documentation and report insightful findings to management.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by applying effective sales techniques.
• Coordinate with the paint shop team to support promotional campaigns and organize events.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of paint products and proficiently perform paint colour mixing.
• Manage inventory related to paint shop products to ensure availability and accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates should hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Possess familiarity with paint shop counter sales and routine maintenance procedures.
• Good understanding of sales executive operations and responsibilities.

Compensation and Additional Details

The salary range for this position is between 180000 and 240000 INR annually.
