Ralsonics is a prominent manufacturer specializing in advanced ultrasonic cleaning and industrial parts washing equipment. Our mission is to provide robust and precise cleaning solutions tailored for a variety of industrial applications.
Position Overview
We are expanding our sales capabilities by recruiting a Sales Engineer who will serve as a key operational support member of our sales team. This role involves managing backend processes essential to transitioning leads from initial contact to detailed and accurate quotations ready for client approval. In addition to administrative tasks, the role requires hands-on execution of cleaning trials on customer components to demonstrate our technology, alongside independently handling sales of smaller-scale items such as standard machines, spare parts, and cleaning chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations based on requirements gathered by senior sales personnel.
- Perform hands-on application testing via cleaning trials on customer sample parts at the company premises, ensuring thorough documentation of procedures and outcomes to assist sales closure.
- Handle all detailed documentation necessary for government tender processes and corporate vendor enrollment.
- Manage inside sales activities, including independently closing sales for standard equipment, spare parts, and consumables while maintaining systematic follow-ups on outstanding quotations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client communications, test results, and inquiry statuses within the company’s CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Between 0 and 2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or a Bachelor of Science degree.
- Proven strong written communication skills required for compiling professional emails and proposals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly important for preparing tender documents and technical pricing.
- A proactive, hands-on approach willing to engage in practical testing on the shop floor.
Compensation and Work Details
- Annual remuneration ranges from ₹200,000 to ₹350,000 CTC, with additional performance-based incentives on finalized inside sales including spare parts and chemicals.
- Work location is Vasai, Maharashtra.
- This is a full-time position.
