Role overview
The Sales Coordinator position is a part-time hybrid opportunity in Dubai that combines in-person participation at networking events and meetings with some work-from-home tasks. The role focuses on helping sales functions run smoothly, keeping member and prospect information organized, and supporting communication across the team and external contacts.
What you will do
- Handle member and prospect inquiries and help maintain a smooth response process.
- Prepare proposals and manage follow-up communication after meetings and events.
- Keep lead, prospect, and membership records accurate and up to date.
- Support the planning and coordination of networking sessions and meetings.
- Ensure timely communication between prospective members, current members, and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to customer service requests and assist with day-to-day support needs.
- Track sales activity and prepare simple reports for the team.
- Work with colleagues to strengthen outreach and improve member engagement.
- Assist in carrying out sales initiatives and creating a professional, welcoming experience for participants in the network.
Requirements and qualifications
- Experience or capability in sales coordination and sales operations is needed to support organized sales workflows and membership acquisition.
- Familiarity with sales and customer service is important for engaging prospects and responding to member needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for emails, calls, meetings, and documentation.
- Good organization and time management are essential for handling multiple tasks in a part-time hybrid setup.
- Comfort with spreadsheet tools, CRM systems, presentation software, and digital collaboration platforms is expected.
- A professional attitude, attention to detail, and interest in networking or community-building are valued.
