Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Associate for our Berlin boutique team to join full-time on a 40-hour workweek, initially contracted for 12 months. The ideal candidate will support our exclusive clientele with expert advice and help expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide qualified consultation to our exclusive clients.
- Proactively attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Manage foot traffic and welcome customers warmly.
- Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
- Implement innovative sales strategies including e-commerce, distant sales, virtual sales ceremonies, and traffic management through tools like the "MyClients" app.
- Offer personalized care to VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
- Handle various administrative duties such as updating customer databases and preparing inventories.
- Engage in networking activities including attending local events and digital sales gatherings.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training or transferable experience from customer-focused and service-oriented fields.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore new ways of selling and overcoming challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with digital tools like customer apps such as "MyClient", click-and-collect systems, etc.
